We’ve found that managers benefit from a mixture of hands-on tools and techniques with a blend of personal development to build upon personal confidence and sense of identity, as the best means of developing new to role and the more experienced managers in your organisation. 

Our approach to management development is recognising the 5 positions of leadership that anyone at any level has access to – and how everyone in an organisation can realise their full leadership potential, along with a coaching approach to leadership.  Managers will find our training support to be inspirational, dynamic and easy to apply back at work.

Coaching and skills-based training

We can support you to develop your managers, whether they are new to post or looking to freshen their management capabilities by helping them to be more committed, focused and confident in their roles.  We can provide your managers a range of support whether it is personal or team coaching or full training sessions.

Some typical management development sessions are:

  • One to one coaching
  • Team coaching - looking at how to improve you and your teams effectiveness via Coaching Circles
  • Delegation skills training
  • Team dynamics and creating a team charter
  • Mentoring skills training
  • Supervisor support – roles, responsibilities and skills
  • New teams – what makes a good team great
  • Personal planning and goal setting

BITE-SIZED TRAINING
Short, sharp and effective training

As the world has moved to virtual training and businesses are ever juggling time and money, Kapow Coaching is able to offer you and your organisation bite-sized training sessions.  Sessions can be run as 45-minute webinars, 60-90-minute lunch and learn or 2 hours of interactive training – times and platform choice is up to you.
