An amazing free leadership programme starts in September and runs worldwide.
Every year, I tell anyone who will listen about this thought-provoking leadership programme that happens every year. I attended in person and online in 2016, and I still use the material and lessons learnt today.
It is a free, 8-week programme on the foundations of Theory U, a process for transformative change that blends systems thinking, consciousness, and wisdom traditions. Theory U tools shares methods and frameworks to help you become a change maker in your life and your work. Otto Scharmer will help ‘lead you to an emerging future’ on this u-Lab journey.
